You can access the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) to manage your QuickBooks Desktop account and services. The Products & Services section in CAMPs displays all your registered Desktop apps and subscription information. Here are the steps to access CAMPs:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the email you used to register this version of QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  4. Select Details, then Download.
