I know how helpful it is to enable the feature to allow your customer to pay their invoice using PayPal or Venmo, Adam.

Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) only allows to use of PayPal and Venmo as payment methods for each invoice (individual). Adding it as an option for recurring invoices is unavailable. With that said, I recommend sending feedback to our product developers to add this feature. Our developers often study the submitted requests to determine which functions are most desired by users.

Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, navigate to the Gear icon.
  2. Next, select the Feedback option.
  3. From there, enter the details of your product comments, suggestions, and requests.
  4. Then, click Next to submit.

You can also visit our Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website to track the suggestions you've submitted.

It's also easy to modify the appearance of your sales form like the invoice to reflect more of your business identity. To get started, check this guide: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

You can count on me if you have other concerns processing your invoices, just leave a comment below. I'll be here to provide a prompt response.
