I received the email(s) about the 5/1/24 deadline for migrating to QB online and the higher cost. Since my small business will have very minimal activity and may close in 2024 (retirement), I have no desire to change anything. I just want access to my data, be able to update data, be able to add an occasional client, create invoices and reconcile accounts.

If I do nothing by 5/1/24 - what do I need to know now about my current QB desktop Pro Plus 2022?

What are the pros and cons I need to know?

Being forced to go to QB online is not a realistic option for me.
