Let me help you troubleshoot the issue you're facing with your reactivating your account, jonesdds.

When you click the Make active tab to reactivate an account, normally, you can edit transaction category right after. Since this can be a temporary cache-induced issue, let's perform browser troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

Let's begin by initially accessing your account through your browser's incognito mode to prevent your browsing history from being saved. Here are the keyboard shortcuts based on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Alternatively, you can clear the browser's cache to eliminate common errors that may hinder the application from working properly. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browser to see if the issue persists.
