This is not what we wanted you to experience, @halbertfarm.

 

We understand the frustration of not having this function as expected and the importance of resolving this.

 

However, upon thorough checking, there is an ongoing investigation about Venmo not linking to QuickBooks Online (INV-93253). Rest assured, our development engineers are working to identify the cause to provide a solution as soon as possible.

 

If you still wish to request a refund, You can request a refund through your Intuit Account:

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Select Products & billing.
  3. Select Request or track a refund.
  4. Fill out the Intuit refund request form.
  5. We'll send you an email as your refund is processed.

 

When you request the refund, your license will be deactivated and you’ll no longer be able to use the product. Please refer to this article for more information and additional steps: Request a refund for your QuickBooks product.
