@JSpiers667x you're right that 571 error pops up immediately when you try to connect to Shopify Balance from QBO. It's there as soon as the login dialog box pops up, before you even enter your user id!

The customer service response suggesting a 571 is caused by user error closing the reconnect dialog is clearly wrong.
