It's our priority to address the same experience you have between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Shopify Balance. I also understand that's it's so important to sort this out, especially since it's the primary bank account for many users.  

 

I suggest reaching out directly to our Support Team. They can investigate why the QuickBooks OAuth process is failing after you've authenticated with Shopify. Here's how:

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue.
