Let me help and provide information about read-only access in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, the option of having Read-only access is unavailable in QBO. However, you can customize your user's roles to restrict certain access in QBO Advanced.
Here's how:
- Go to Settings ⚙, then select Manage users.
- Select the Roles tab, then select Add role.
- Enter a Role name and Role description.
- Select what the user role can access in QuickBooks, then select Save Role.
