I've got steps to help you delete the PayPal and Square apps in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @chic316860.

To prevent accounting apps from sending transactions to QBO, you can disconnect them. This won't stop them from sending money to your bank account if they're still authorized to do so. It's important to note that QBO and your bank have separate connections. Let me guide you through the process.

  1. Go to Apps, then select My Apps.
  2. From the Action dropdown menu, click Disconnect.
  3. Fill in the short questionnaire.
  4. Hit Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.

Just in case you want to transfer app ownership and fix issues with your connected apps, you can visit these articles for more guidance:

I'm still here to back you up if you have follow-up concerns about deleting your apps. Feel free to hit the reply button. Stay safe!
