I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the right tools to help with recovering your account. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Open the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  3. Type in your concern in the field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose the Callback or Chat option.
