Buy nowThe issue is that you cannot even open your own file. Forget about wanting to use tools and services. At the moment, all I would like to do is access my own information and that is not possible. I get the warning that my subscription has expired and it brings me back to the same open file screen. When you try to open the file it says that the subscription has expired again and you are caught in a never ending loop.
The point here is that I have been a desktop pro user for several years and I would think that at the very least I should have access to my own information without having to pay more than 3 times what I was purchasing desktop for to have a year's subscription.
The other issue is that when I purchased 2022 pro I did not realize that I had purchased a product that expired! It was in the small print.
I am not one to get online and rant, but this is absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn't even have as much of an issue if I could convert to the online version, but as I have no access to any menus in my desktop version I can't even convert to online. I am guessing Intuit is going to lose a lot of customers over this and rightly so.
