To expedite the solution to your concern, I recommend contacting our dedicated technical support team for QuickBooks Online Education. Our representative will conduct a series of tests to know why your students can't create an Intuit account.

Here's how you can reach out to the support team:

1. Go to this link: https://www.intuit.com/solutions/education/resources/support/#educator. 
2. Scroll down and click the General. 
3. Look for the "How do I contact technical support."
4. You'll have the option to log in to your Intuit for Education or send an email.
