this is absolutely not true, i just ran into this issue and your software has completely removed my access to company file without paying for your 1k + a year subscription cost.  and even after renewing your software still wont give me access to my company file.   on top of that your help support is garbage i had to log in my credentials over 10 times each time the process moved a step forward just to be told for me to give all my information again.  and refused me service because i was unwilling to give my last name when being logged in your should have everything you need to know about me.
