Ditto to what Truth_Above_All said.  I never put anyone's social security number, nor do I use the bank information.  I purposely keep them separate.  The point is, that intuit, is trying to force us to work with their own idea of work flow.  That does not exist.  I have been considering other packages that are more open, due to this..not there yet, but am thinking about it.  Especially with Turbo Tax  being horrific in relationship to quickbooks.  Would not even import my records and when it has, it was wrong.  Just used it has a giant form generator.
