We appreciate you allowing us to help you resolve your concerns. We aim to provide the information our customers need to get their concerns addressed promptly. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), admin users of the company file have access to all information, transactions, and other details added to the account. That said, creating a customized report and assigning it to a specific user can still be accessed by the company admin. You may visit this article to learn more: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.

About the multiple customized reports created inside the company file, a way to determine when it was created is by running the Audit log report. It will show who created the file and when it was made and modified. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
  3. Select Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Click Apply.

You can visit this article for more details: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
