I understand the urgency of resolving this ongoing investigation. For now, there's no specific timeframe when this issue will be resolved. Rest assured our engineers are doing their best to fix this as soon as possible.

 

If you haven't contacted our support team to add your company details to the affected users, I encourage you to call our support team. Please follow these steps to do so.

 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.
     

In the meantime, you can request a Primary Admin claim by following the steps in this knowledge base article: Request to be the primary admin or contact.
