Hi there, @BWay. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Tasks feature in QuickBooks Online Advanced.

This feature is currently in beta, which means it's still being tested and refined. As a result, you may notice changes or new elements appearing from time to time.

The appearance of the Tasks box under Get things done you mentioned could be a result of updates or improvements being made to the user interface. QuickBooks often introduces new features and enhancements to provide users with a better experience and increased functionality.

If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding the feature or any other aspect of QuickBooks, I recommend sending them in the Feedback section within QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
   
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

You can also review open tasks in the Task menu in the left navigation panel. You'll see what needs to be done and who owns each task.
