Please know that this isn't the experience we'd want you to have when using our products. Also, I recognize how having this option would be an improvement to the quality of the report you're trying to pull up inside your QuickBooks Online company.
If you haven't, I'd suggest sending Feedback to our product developers so we can improve our product's performance. Here's how:
- From the Gear icon, select Feedback.
- Enter a brief description of your suggestions.
- Click Next.
