Let's work together so you can log off the company file to another computer, Rigamarole City.

 

Logging out the company file in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a good practice to protect data security, maintain privacy, ensure accurate user tracking, and prevent accidental changes or unauthorized access to financial information.

 

Since clearing the cache won't fix the issue, I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account securely and help check the cause of the problem.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Hit, I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a Callback.
