The Estimates by Item for Sales Team report is only available in the QuickBooks Desktop version. This is the reason why you're unable to see it in your QBO account.
As a work around, you can use the Sales by Customer Detail report. Then, customize it to only show non-posting transactions. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu and type in Sales by Customer Detail in the Search bar.
- Click Customize in the upper-right hand corner and scroll-down to the Filter tab.
- Check the box for Transaction Type and select Non-Posting.
- Select Run report.
