I hope you're having a fine day today, @jsansosti and @brattlefilm. Getting this resolved is our priority under the Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks Online.

 

We currently have an investigation for the same issue encountered. Our engineers will roll out a fix as soon as possible. You can contact us so we can add you to the list of affected users.

 

To reach us: 

 

  1. Click the Help icon at the top right corner. 
  2. Hit the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter "Chart of Accounts not populating" in the box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start messaging or Get a callback
