If you want to help, remove the password requirement.  I have no SSN info stored on QB, yet I keep getting the irritating and time-wasting password requirements.  I think the excuse that QB requires a password when the SSN is stored is an excuse that is not based in reality.  I think you are just being lazy and/or covering up incompetence - or you just don't want to spend the time and money necessary to fix the flaw.  The main problem is that there is no competitive software priced for a small business, so you act like a monopolist.

 

If I recall correctly, the 90-day exemption isn't new (maybe it was 60 days previously?).  It's been around for a while, but it serves no purpose, other than to frustrate users.
