The instructions for turning off 2-step verification don't work. "Off" is grayed out. I am a sole proprietor who only accesses QB from a desktop PC in my own home. I have ZERO security concerns. I DON'T NEED OR WANT THIS FEATURE. IT ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME AND MAKES ME WANT TO SWITCH PROVIDERS. PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION FOR TURNING THIS OFF THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.
