Unfortunately, my attempts to download the trial of QBDesktop2021 failed on my computer.  I tried 3 times.  When I click on the critical alert that shows up in my QB14 account, telling me that my software is no longer supported, the only options I can directly link to are QBOnlineEssentials or QBOnlinePlus.  I would greatly appreciate instructrions on how to download a free trial version of QBDesktop that I can use for the sole purpose of making a backup copy that I can use on my iMac with my new QBOnline subscription for Mac. 

I'd also love to be able to get a refund for the one year QB small business subscription I originally bought and then cancelled the same day after learning I couldn't import my business account froom QBPro2014--but I suspect that's a lost cause. Maybe I'll call Intuit later for this.
