Running a sales report by shipping state is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
As an alternative, you can consider subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO) to get the information you need. However, you'll need to run two different reports. To do so, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague Jen_D above.
While this option isn't available in QBSE, I suggest submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding this option in future updates. To submit feedback, you can follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your QBSE account.
- Click the Assistant menu and type submit feedback.
- Choose the Feature request or Add a feature option from the prompts.
- Use your text box to create the feature request.
- Select Submit.
