I would also agree your experience with the delivery of communication lacks quality given how you manage to simplify the goal you wish to accomplish in this interaction.

 

However, I still recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. Having the tools to pull your account information, one of our specialists can work with you to ensure you can change the primary admin user. You can do so by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a few words describing how you're unable to and have been working with changing the primary admin of the account in the What can we help you with? text area.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Click Chat with us to connect with our team online.
