Before anything else, I'd like to commend you for being aware of phishing. You're doing the right thing in wanting to report it. I'd suggest reaching out to Turbo Tax's Customer Care Team. They have the tools to verify and determine if it's a possible phishing email that needs to be forwarded to a security team for further assessment.
