It's our top priority to secure and keep your account safe, @kotryna1.

For instances like this, I encourage you to report the fraudulent activity or the email to our Intuit Security team.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to this link: https://security.intuit.com/.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.

Otherwise, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account. They have all the necessary tools to investigate this further.

Furthermore, I recommend browsing this article to help you easily recognize official Intuit correspondence and websites: Identify Suspicious Activity, Phishing Scams, and Potential Fraud.

I'm also adding this article to help you learn more about how we handle your company's information and keep it secure: Privacy and security in QuickBooks. It also has other links related to security that provide you with tips on this matter.

Please know that I'm just a reply away if you have any other questions about this concern or with QuickBooks. I'm always here to back you up. Keep safe.
