Thanks for getting back here and providing the steps you've performed as well as the outcome. Since you're still unable to get transactions in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account, I highly recommend contacting our Technical Support team again. This is to further investigate what causes the issue and provide additional steps to resolve it. Once connected, you can request a screen-share session so they can further review your set up.

On the other hand, you can manually upload bank transactions to your account via .QBO file. For a detailed guide, check out this article: Set up or edit bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop.
