If you still want to get a copy of your QBO files, you can consider using a third-party app and then integrating it with your QBO account. To begin, here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company file.
- On the left navigational bar, go to Apps.
- In the search bar, type the word "Backup" as your keyword.
- Look for the app that best suits your needs.
- Select the app, and then click Get App Now.
