I appreciate you for getting back to us here in the Community. I can help you update the password for QuickBooks Online.


Are you trying to reset your password in QuickBooks Online account? If yes, let me provide other ways how to reset your password.

 

Here's how: 
 

  1. Go to QuickBooks sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
  3. Check your phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks. Enter the code we sent, and follow the instructions. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
  4. When prompted, reset your password.

The option to click the password reset on the sign-in page is currently unavailable. I recommend sending feedback to our product engineers to add this feature for future update.

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Type a brief description of your product suggestion. and then click Next.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Then select Send Message.
