Let me guide you on how to fix the error showing, HL10.

The report that is too large to display error message happens when a certain report exceeds the size limits when exporting them to Excel. You'll want to fix this by following the steps below:

  1. If you're looking at a report displayed on QuickBooks Online, you can double the amount displayed by simply exporting the report to Excel.
  2. Since the limit is based on the raw amount of data displayed, you can potentially get more data into a report by eliminating columns you don't need to be displayed. (Note: See how to remove columns below).
  3. Select Run report.
  4. Segment the report by generating reports with intermediate date ranges. This could work for transaction detail reports that aren't grouped or grouped by some date designation (day, week, month).

On the other hand, you'll want to export the account details report by batch so you'll be able to filter the non-zero amounts. To know more about the size limits for columns, cells, and data, I've added this article for your guide: How Do I Fix A Report That Is Too Large To Display?

Aside from the details reports, QuickBooks offers other various reports depending on your subscription. Here is the available list for Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus users: Reports Included In Your QuickBooks Online Subscription.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions about exporting reports. I'll always be right here to further assist you.
