I appreciate you chatting with our customer service to get help in deleting a user, AmyPhil.

 

I understand that this process didn't go through, but I'm here to help ensure you're able to delete a user. Before we start, have you tried logging into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser and performing the process from there? 

 

Or may I know what troubleshooting steps did you perform so far? That way, I can check so you won't have to go through the same steps again.

 

 I'll keep this post while waiting for your response.
