I have had this issue as well. I CAREFULLY enter my EFTPS credentials each time and it is rejected every time by EFTPS but when I go directly to the govt site I have no issues logging in. QB support says its EFTPS issue;  EFTPS says it’s QB’s issue. Meanwhile I cannot process Fed payroll taxes via WB and must go directly to EFTPS every pay period for the last two quarters.
