This is wrong. Correct is, very simple but not obvious. First turn on Company > Customer Credit Card Protection > Enable Protection. Once enabled go to (Reports > Accountant & Taxes > Customer Credit Card Audit Trail. Bam.  The report can be copied and pasted.
