Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here in the Community. Allow me to chime in and share some updates about the deposit slips alignment in QuickBooks Online.

 

There's an open investigation regarding the print alignment of the deposit slips. Our product engineers are already aware of the issue and are working to fix it as quickly as possible.

 

Our team has not declared a specific time frame for the complete resolution.  Rest assured cases like this are taken with urgency and high regard.

 

Affected users can contact our QuickBooks Support Team. We'll include your account in the list of affected users, and as soon as we have an update or fix, we'll notify you via email.

 

Our support for Plus, Essentials, Simple Start is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday). For Advanced, any time, any day.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help tab in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Click Get help from a human.
  4. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
