As of now, the ability to change the display name of an email sent from QuickBooks is unavailable. I recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Help at the top menu bar.
2. Choose Send Feedback Online.
3. Select Product Suggestion.
4. Enter your product request/product suggestion.
5. Click Send Feedback tab.

Also, you can track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.
