Hello there, @thedecorator. I'll show you how to view the taxable sales details in QuickBooks Online.

In QuickBooks Online, we can run and modify the said report to show all clients with non-taxable sales.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in Taxable Sales Detail in the search bar.
  3. In the Report period drop-down, select the date range.
  4. Select Account from the By Group drop-down.
  5. Choose the option for Cash or Accrual.
  6. Click Customize.
  7. Go to the Filter section, then select Non-Taxable in the Customer drop-down menu.
  8. Once done, click on Run report.

For more details about the process, you can check out this article: Creating a Non-Taxable Sales Report in QuickBooks Online.

After you've finished modifying the report, you might want to memorize it. This allows you to keep your current customized settings for QuickBooks Online. Feel free to visit this article: Memorizing the report

If you have any additional questions about running reports, please contact us. We'd be happy to respond to them on your behalf.
