I literally cannot believe that in 2022, I cannot BULK DELETE A LIST OF TRANSACTIONS in this software. I also cannot believe that because a badly formatted import to our bank, which caused 4 sets of duplicates in the register (4,000+ entries), that I could simply not just delete the register and start again. I also learned today that if you want to EXCLUDE this mistaken/duplicated information from a profit and loss statement, that you have to UPGRADE to the next plan, which doubles your monthly cost. 

To fix this mistake (that had nothing to do with us), I had to UNSUBSCRIBE, create a BRAND-NEW Quickbooks account with another email account, SIGN BACK UP for a monthly subscription and then import a CSV file to start over. Are you really kidding me right now?

I literally cannot believe that I am paying you a monthly charge to use this mess. As a matter of fact, we have decided to no longer pay a monthly fee for a service that you CANNOT SIMPLY CORRECT A MISTAKE without COMPLETELY STARTING OVER WITH A NEW ACCOUNT.

This product is just a hot mess of garbage, honestly.
