Let me provide some information about sales orders to estimates in Quickbooks, @michelledmarciano.
I can see the relevance of automatically deducting from the open balance of the estimate when a Sales order is created. Currently, this option is currently unavailable.
At times, we roll out enhancements based on our customer's requests. That being said, I suggest sending a recommendation to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider updating it in the future.
Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks Desktop file.
- Select the Help menu.
- Click Send Feedback Online and choose Product Suggestion.
- Enter your recommendation and select Send Feedback.
