Nice to see you in the QuickBooks Community! You would need to delete the invite and resend the invite to the Executive Director. Here's how to do the first steps:

1. Select Manage Users from the Gear icon.
2. Under the Manage users page, search for the director's information.
3. Go to the drop-down arrow under Action, then tap Delete.

Once completed, the following steps would be to resend the invite:

1. From the Gear icon, choose Manage Users.
2. On the Manage users page, select Add user.
3. Select the user type, click Next. Depending on your selected user type, more options will appear on the screen.
4. On the Add a new user page, add the director's name and the correct email address.
5. Hit Save.
