Modifying your Audit Trial and Transaction reports to show only one user isn't possible in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
As a way around, you'll want to export your reports to MS Excel and modify it from there to only show your preferred user. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Reports menu and select Reports Center.
- Find and open your Audit trail or Transaction reports.
- Click the Excel on the toolbar, and select either Create New Worksheet or Update Existing Worksheet.
- When ready, click OK to export. To open the report in Excel, select Export.

Another way is to utilize a third-party tool that lets you modify your reports by users. Simply hover to the App Center or visit our QuickBooks Desktop Apps page for reference.
