I'd like to clarify some information about getting a clients list in QuickBooks Desktop. 

You can only manage and check the EINs under your payroll subscription. We're unable to get a list of your clients within QuickBooks Desktop. 

I would recommend contacting our agents if you need help with your clients list. They have the tools to get the client list and give more details about each of them. Here's how to contact them: 

1. Press the F1 key to bring up the Help window. 
2. Click the Contact Us button.
3. When asked, enter something like "Request client list under my payroll subscription."
4. Hit Continue. 
5. Select either the chat or phone option.
