I agree. The developers, UX and product team should be kind of ashamed that they aren't addressing such frustrating problems, and yes it's "cute" that QuickBooks goes on about how they care about small business and continue to frustrate them by adding features we don't care about and omitting the ones we do care about LOL. Square is the same.
