Hi Jessica,

Thank you for replying. I didn't delete any, but I think I found out what happened.  I am the bookkeeper, but have always logged on as the admin. Lately though, Intuit won't let me log in without authorizing my access by sending an email to the admin, who is the owner. He is not always available to send me the code, which means I can't work.  I finally set myself up as an admin user so the emails with the authorization code come to me.  When I logged in as the new user, the reports are not there, but when I log in as the old admin, they are. I guess that means that custom reports are unique to the user, not the account.  Is that correct?

If so, can they be copied to another user?  These custom reports are extremely, emphasis on extremely, important.  They are P&L's by Class, and the reason we have QBO Advanced is because there are over 100 classes, one for each property managed.

Thanks again, Jennifer
