This is very frustrating, @JenCTP.

Heres' what we can do:

First, you'll check the Audit log first to trace the report you’ve deleted. This is to determine if the missing custom reports are caused by unexpected behavior or, you’ve accidentally removed them in QuickBooks Online.

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, choose Audit log.
  3. Click the Filter button.
  4. Select the necessary details.
  5. Press Apply.

Once you've confirmed that only one was deleted, we can perform some steps to get them back. Stored cache on your device can sometimes become outdated/corrupted if it gets too big, leading to unusual issues that affect system functionalities.

You can open your QuickBooks Online account using a private window then check if the reports are there. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+Shift+P

If it works, you’ll want to clear your main browser’s cache. This will help the browser run quicker. You can also use other supported browsers except for Internet Explorer as an alternative.

If this is not the case, you’ll need to create a customized report again. At this time you're unable to retrieve them in QuickBooks.

I'd love to hear how this goes, as always I'm here to help!
