Buy nowThis should not be this hard. I have spent hours and hours talking to many different people at Intuit. I already knew that I needed an accountants version of desktop - but was told I wouldn't need that. I just needed to be added as an external accountant (even though I'm the CFO). Why would your CFO not want to see the accountants tab and have access to the added features? Absolutely ridiculous. And, of course, when you are set up as the external accountant, you lose full access.
Anyway - after paying an additional $850 bucks to become a pro advisor and get the accountant's desktop version, I'm still having problems because that version and the version my company is already using doesn't match. What the heck Intuit? Why is it that I, and so many other people, know more than the people actually working at Intuit???
