In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we're unable to change the statement ending date once the reconciliation is done. You can manually undo the reconciliation of each transaction and then reconcile with the correct statement ending date. However, if you're still in the middle of reconciling your transactions, you can edit the ending date at the upper-right.

If you have an accountant using QuickBooks Online Accountant, you can invite them and let them undo the reconciliation at once.
