I have the opposite issue.  I have been downloading transactions into QuickBooks from 2 credit card accounts into a parent account for years.  But, just last month the bank changed to a new bank and now I am only able to view the sub accounts.  Is it possible for me to create sub accounts now and have them both appear in the register for the parent account?  Or is it too late for that?  I use QuickBooks Pro Desktop.
