Please listen to what we are telling you here in this thread.  Verification is asked even if we have two-step turned OFF.  I will also add, it is even asked if we simply want to open a new tab!  And When we finally get the code and log in, Intuit Sheets logs us off.

And, in addition, after having logged into a second tab, the first time stops working.  It does not tell us, hey you need to login again.  It just stops responding

So annoying and such a waste of time.
